In this section you will find -

Photopolymer processors and exposure units that Nova manufactures in the United States. There are two current models of processors manufactured by Nova today.

• The larger model is the Orbital X, which accommodates a sheet size of 24" x 30".
• The Alpha 12, our smaller unit can accommodate a sheet size of up to 12" x 12"

Both models have incorporated multiple dring racks to ensure that you encounter no bottlenecks in your fabrication process.

Film Printers - Nova distributes several solutions that can accommodate any of your film needs.

OYO Instruments’ thermal imagesetter technology offers clear, compact, environmentally friendly solutions to artwork production, enabling you to eliminate outsourcing of large-format films and bring production-control in-house. OYO’s unique, chemistry-free, dry-imaging ThermoImpression® film requires absolutely no fixers, developers, inks or toners while providing UV densities that exceed industry standards.

The Liberator & TECHStyler Thermoimpression System includes either a Harlequin or Wasatch software RIP solution. Both RIP packages offer PostScript® compatibility, while also supporting PDF, TIFF and EPS file formats. Each system configuration also includes traditional PostScript halftoning, as well as stochastic screening algorithms.

The Epson 1280 inksjet printer can accommodate a sheet size     of up to 13" x 19" and offers resolution Up to 2880 x 720 DPI.  (Larger models available - please call to inquire)

Shears - Nova distributes Accu - Cutter shears that make cutting fulll sheets of photopolymer very convenient and economical. Many of our polymers are bonded to PETG, which are "shear finishable" leaving a perfectly smooth edge. When using this shear, you can often avoid scheduling this work on your routing equipment. There are two standard series 3001models that you will find in this section, a 13" and 19". 
There is also another model, Series 4001 which can cut metals up to 3/16" in thickness. Please call for a quote on this device.

Hot Stamping Units - Nova offers the TC-851 hot stamp unit which is manufactured by KOBO. This uniit is 220V which provides multiple heating elements, and has a hot plate size of 12" x 7.6".
