NovAcryl Photopolymer Training Video Shoot

Last week we made a trip to a Matthews Paint Training Facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to shoot a training video on how to paint NovAcryl photopolymer. We worked with Tim Llyod, Ronnie Waddell and Quincy Davis of Matthews Paint to shoot a full-length video outlining the best practices for painting NovAcryl photopolymer substrates.

The video, which will be available in November, walks through all the proper steps and details relating to painting best practice. The video will be ideal for fabricators new to painting as well as a refresher course for the experienced painter.

The video will cover:

  • Safety issues relating to painting
  • Proper mixing techniques
  • Overview of the paint gun
  • How to use a Wet Film Gauge
  • Proper spraying techniques
  • How to clean a paint gun

This video shoot follows a comprehensive series of adhesion tests done at the Matthew lab this past September. The testing was part of our ongoing process to ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of the NovAcryl product line.

Wet film gauges are available Free to anyone interested. Please Contact Us for more info.
