VIVAK^® PETG
Options That Work For You

Sheffield Plastics’ VIVAK is a transparent, thermoplastic sheet used widely in the point of purchase industry. VIVAK is the brand and market leader for PETG products. Among its advantages, VIVAK PETG products offer superior impact strength over acrylic and cost effectiveness compared to polycarbonate, and offers deep draws, complex die-cuts, and precise molded-in details without sacrificing structural integrity. It die-cuts and punches easily, and can be bonded or fastened with adhesives, ultrasonic welding, or rivets. In addition, VIVAK is easily decorated by painting, silk screening, or hot stamping. Easy to fabricate, form, bond, and decorate, VIVAK PETG sheet products are well suited for a variety of point of purchase and other applications.

Laminates

Laminates offer a comprehensive solution for decorative materials engineered for a variety of residential and commercial surfacing applications. From traditional uses such as counter tops, case goods and furniture – to more specialized applications like Architectural Signage, laminates offer a wide range of colors and patterns.

Nova works exclusively with Formica, Pionite and Wilsonart to offer the perfect combination of design and performance, and provides consumers with a broad range of aesthetic options that meet specific functional requirements.
 
All patterns are available in the standard 1/16” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets, or in 1/8” thickness  with a 1/32” photopolymer layer and a sheet size of 19” x 24” for your ADA compliant Architectural Signage needs (Novacryl^® - LP™).
