Photopolymer Substrates and Supplies Our diverse range of photopolymer raw materials allow for the design and fabrication of high resolution ADA compliant signage, including several products that help achieve USGBC/LEED certification. Processing Equipment We manufacture our own photopolymer processors along with customized Braille translation and layout software. We offer all the equipment needed to produce Braille signage. Nova Polymers extrudes a photo reactive layer of polymer to a variety of base substrates. We do this in a way that creates a integral bond (chemical weld) between the polymer layer and the base substrate so that when exposed by fabricators using our equipment they are able to manufacture 1 piece integral sign panels that are ADA compliant and vandal resistant.
