How To Process Photopolymer
A processing demonstration of how to make NovAcryl Photpolymer signage using an Orbital X Photopolymer Water Wash Processor. This video will walk you through each step of the process including how to shear the finished sign panel using an AccuCutter 19" finishing shear and hot to apply color to the raised tactile portion of the sign using a Kobo TC-851 Hot Stamp device.
How To Use the 21 Step Stouffer Scale
Walk through the process of using the 21 Step Stouffer Scale with Mike Santos. The Stouffer Scales is considered the "holly grail" of photopolymer processing and ensures that the Novacryl photopolymer has been exposed properly with correct shoulders ensuring ADA compliance. Mike also walks through he process of using a Production Log that helps keep the process in check. The use of the production log and Stouffer Scales are requirement for becoming a Novacryl Preferred Fabricator.
How To Use the Adheso-CUT Tape Dispenser
Definite length adhesive cutting device for pressure sensitive tape. Allows the user to set specific lengths while in automatic mode or to manual set the length. Adheso-Cut is equipped with a tape stand that hold 3" core adhesive tapes.
How To Use Workflow Manager Software
Workflow Manger software is designed to assist in the design and building of files to creating film negative and positives for the production of photopolymer ADA Signage. Workflow Manager has built-in features that follow all the latest ADA guideline ensuring that the files are ADA compliant.

Nova at ISA 2011 in Las Vegas
Nova Polymers exhibited at the 2011 International Sign Association’s (ISA) Expo in Las Vegas, NV. Nova had several pieces of equipment on display for producing NovAcryl photopolymer signage including the Orbital X Photopolymer Processor, the 19" Accucutter finishing shear, the Adheso-cut tape dispenser and the Epson 7900 inkjet printed for producing film negatives and positives.
Interview with Jamie Harden, Creative Sign Design
President & CEO of Creative, Jamie Harden, speaks about Creative’s relationship with Nova Polymers. Interior signage is a large part of Harden’s business. Creative Sign Designs is designated as the only NovAcryl Preferred Fabricator for Nova Polymers in the state of Florida. Creative’s new product line utilizing Nova Polymers, Clarity, is designed to simplify decision-making and remove the guesswork.
