Construction Sector Growth

During the ISA’s Supplier and Distributor Conference this past June, Dr. Jeff Dietrich from ITR Economics gave a presentation titled Make Your Move. The presentation showed economic forecasts for the remainder of 2012 through the end of 2013.

While there were many interesting statistics and takeaways from the hour long presentation, one that stuck out was the forecast for the Construction Sectors including Commercial Building Construction and Hospital Building Construction. These sectors were hit hard by the recession but are now in a recovery pattern that will continue through at least the end of 2013.

Overview of Select Construction Sectors

One of the other important areas Dr. Dietrich’s forecast focused on was interest rates. As the presentation title suggests, interest rates are at an all time low and businesses need to take advantage of these low rates and invest in the future.

Sign companies and suppliers are in a perfect position to capitalize on the growth opportunities in these select construction sectors and take advantage of low interest rates. Now more than ever it’s time To Make Your Move.
